Hi everyone!
Well I was not expecting or planning to paint 28mm Knights for the first miniatures in 2015 but I have joined our clubs campaign game using Lion Rampant. Dalauppror (website here:
Link) from our club has posted some awesome pictures and AAR's on the current campaign game called
"Håtunaleken" (Håtuna-Games).

So I have been toying around with the idea of joining the group and I did. On Friday I found out that our local game store had all the miniatures I needed for me to create a 12 point starter army I decided I was in. I journeyed over to
Alpaspel and got a box of FireForge Teutonic Infantry. From the box I should be able to make:
1x6 Foot Knights
1x12 Foot Serjants
1x6 Bisowers (Skirmishers) with crossbows

I am now entered into the Håtunaleken as a Birger Persson who is from the house of Finsta. He is the father of a Swedish saint and he is buried at the Cathedral in Uppsalla he has a Wikipedia page but it is in Swedish so take a look
here and use Google Translate if you want to translate the text.

With Dalauppror's help I have been able to paint up my 6 foot Knights. I like the plastic miniatures as they allow for a lot of different poses, this is the first time I have built a unit that has been plastics that allow you to adjust the arms as well as the head. The figures are very well made and there is a lot of detail in them.

I hope you enjoy the pictures and I will star working on the bisowers next.
