Thank you to my Secret Santa!

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone had a good Christmas. I opened my Secret Santa gift yesterday and I was very happy to see the great gift I received. There was also a card! Which is a nice extra bonus!

So now I have more 6mm Baccus Dark Age miniatures to paint up. These little guys are going to be part of my Late Frankish army that I will now start working on!

I received one package of Norman Knights Charging, one package of Norman Light Horse, and finally a pack of Command figures. All in all it is a great gift!

Again Thank You!

I also did some painting the other day. I finished up my Anglo-Saxon Army by painting these two command stands. One is with a General and the other is a sub leader classified as a Captain in the Sword and Spear rules.

Now it is time to paint up some more figures for both the Vikings and Anglo-Saxon to be able to fight the historic battle of Ashdown from the year 871.  I have a great book that has great scenarios for use in wargaming. The name of the book is "As told in the Great Hall: The Wargamer's Guide to Dark Age Britain.

Well have a good week!
