WWII Navy update

I have finally finished basing and labeling the Bismarck and the Prinz Eugen.  I just need to find the time to paint up the HMS Hood and the HMS Prince of Wales to have the ships for the battle of Denmark Strait.

Have a good weekend!!!

  1. Great result Mark, these look fantastic as they steam forward towards their doom. Looking forward to that WW2 game, should be interesting to see the difference in the rules when comparing to WW1. Also, I'm really looking forward to simply seeing the size of the Bismarck model, compared to one of the WW1 classics, like for instance The Kaiser or Derfflinger.

    1. Hi Soren, yes it will be interesting to see the difference int he rules. I can tell you compared to the US WWI Battleships the Bismarck is very long. I got the three US Battleships in the mail on Friday so I have assembled them and I will start painting them after I finish the British ships for the battle of Denmark Strait. Have a good week, this weekend went by too fast!!!!

  2. Very nice work! As a funny coincidence I have the very same ships sitting on my table right in the moment.
