The Vikings are here!!!

The Viking raiders are known to strike at any location along the coast and along rivers.

Here are my first Vikings. I painted up a stand of spear men for battles using the Sword and Spear Rules.

The miniatures are 6mm Baccus figures. I enjoyed painting them up and I really like how the shields turned out.

So once you have Vikings you need to have ships for the Vikings.

I painted up one of the 4 Heroic and Ros 6mm Viking Long ships. This one is the common Snekkja. I also have one large Skeid to paint to represent the Earl or the King's ship.

Again these miniatures were very good and I am happy with how they turned out.  I will be painting up more Vikings as time allows.

Thanks for checking out my new addition to my miniature collection.

As I said before, just let me know if you want to play some S&S, it's a great system. :)

  6. Thank you for all the kind words, they were fun to paint up! Now I must paint more next weekend!! I want to get a game going soon to get more people into the 6mm scale at the club. It is a great scale especially here in Sweden where an average apartment is the size of a shed in the USA... just saying...LOL

    1. I second that!

We need to open more people's eyes to the benefits of the Really Small. :)
