Hi everyone!
Well I did some painting over the last few days. I set a goal of painting up some Soviet aircraft that I will use in some games of CY-6 and Bag the Hun. I have played CY-6 for a long time and I like the rules but I have been asked if I have played Bag the Hun since I now live on this side of the Atlantic. I have not played Bag the Hun so I have picked up a the rules and I will run a few games at the club to see how they play.
Here are some SB-2 bombers and some I-16 fighters in 3mm scale painted for the Winter War.
Have a good week!

Quick update for May!
Hi all,
It has been a very busy year for me with my new job, I have been traveling a lot and things have been getting in the way of my wargaming. I am a member of a great little club here in Stockholm but I can't seem to get time to go an play a game. Well I am going to change that as soon as I can.
I have been working on some 3mm aircraft for a Bag the Hun (BtH) air combat game that I am working on. It will take place during the winter war and be focused on historic and what if aerial engagement by the Swedish Volunteer force which had an aviation component.
I am still reading the rules and working on the cards that are needed to play the game. I found a company that will print your custom made design onto poker card material and other size cards. I have placed an order and I am waiting for the movement cards and the pilot/aircraft cards that I have created for two scenarios.
Here are some pictures of the movement card and the pilot/aircraft cards.
I was inspired by Jim's Wargames Workbench blog http://jimswargamesworkbench.blogspot.com/
and the work he has done fore some of his BtH
games. Thank you Jim!
I am also ordering a custom made gaming mat of the Sala area of Finland. When I get some progress on the miniatures and when I get the printed cards I will post some more pictures.
Have a good week!

WW2 3mm Tanks for Spearhead!
Hi everyone.
I am currently reading a new set of rules they are Spearhead. They will allow me to play large scale battles when I am in the mood for some big battles.
I have painted up some tanks to get me started. The rules are made for 6mm miniatures to be based on a 1 1/4 inch base so I decided to put three tanks on the same size base but in 3mm scale. I hope they will look good on the battlefield.
I have been pretty busy with work but I am still taking time to paint. I have more 3mm Napoleonic ready to paint up but first I will take a little vacation to Cyprus to get some sun and relax for a week.
Take care and have a good Easter.

More 3mm Swedish for the 1808-1809 Swedish Russian War.
Hi everyone.
Sorry for not posting much in the last month. I have been to China and work has been keeping me very busy.
I have had some time to work on more 3mm Infantry and now I have a total of 4 battalions of Infantry and one Artillery battery. I also painted up a single ADC. I have plans to paint up the command stands and then switch over to painting the Russians.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.
Have a good week.

Painting Challenge update.
Hi all,
Not much gaming going on lately, but I have been painting. Here are some of the miniatures I submitted to the AHPC. These 84 miniatures represent the 2nd Bn of the Nyland Regiment during the 1808-1809 War against Russia.
I also painted up a battery of 6lb guns with crew.
Enjoy!

Some painting during the last month.
Hi again!
I have been pretty busy with work and other activities but I did get some painting done.
Here are four Motor Torpedo Boats (MTB) that I painted up as some of the Swedish MTB's that were made in Sweden during WW2. These are 3mm miniatures and were easy to paint and they look
good.
I also painted a 20mm tankett that was also built in Sweden during WW2.
Enjoy!
